The ideal candidate will be equally versed and passionate about helping clients attract, engage, wow, message, educate, and/or inspire face-to-face audiences; as well as helping said clients differentiate, dramatize, and/or amplify what makes them who they are … with the end Holy Grail goal of moving audiences to action. Strong business to business experience is a plus. Desired ninja skills include, but are not limited to, brainstorming, concepting, developing big ideas that spawn irresistible little ideas, persuasively communicating those ideas to internal and external stakeholders, and creatively shepherding sold ideas to a glorious finish line where backs are patted and glasses clinked. Sobering realities of the work world will include the typical insane timelines, budgets and demanding (internal and external) clients that would make the uninitiated re-coil and/or assume the fetal position, but will challenge, nourish and reward those who love to brainstorm awesomeness and see it through. Strong writing and presentation skills are coveted. Basic graphic design chops are not essential but certainly nice to have.
