Hiebing is in search of a skilled and artful brand storyteller. We’re looking for someone with proven ideation chops and executional finesse who’s still looking to stretch in any and all mediums, from print to broadcast to all things digital.

  • Concepting ideas, words and pictures with a visual partner
  • Communicating ideas in simple, powerful terms
  • Crafting long- and short-form copy that speaks to the target in the brand voice
  • Learning our Message Strategy process and contributing to it
  • Engaging with clients in meetings and presentations
  • Working with production partners in recording sessions and shoots
  • Casting and directing actors and voice talent
  • Pitching in ideas on pitches
  • Making the work process fun and contributing to our culture
  • 4-year degree: Advertising, Communications, English, or similar writing communications background
  • A portfolio demonstrating your range of great thinking and skillful touch
