Guarantee Digital is looking for a creative and organized self-starter for a full-time Content Marketing Manager to provide strategic guidance and management on all social media marketing initiatives.

As Content Marketing Manager you will be considered the expert on CMC responsibilities and platforms. You will provide strategic guidance on CMC accounts. You will also assign accounts, monitor work, lead process improvement and keep an eye out for trends in the industry. 

Social Media Community Management 

  • Manage social media accounts on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest (Including company brand) 
  • Create graphics for social media posts 
  • Craft engaging content for blogs, video scripts, and social media 
  • Create SEO-friendly content that will effectively reach a desired target audience 
  • Serve a wide range of clients, this role requires a detail-oriented individual who feels comfortable writing about almost anything 

Account Assignment

  • Assign Accounts to the team based on workload 
  • Setup Accounts as needed 

Account Monitoring and Coaching

  • Perform Quality Control Audits
  • Work with Content Director to train new employees 
  • Report re-occurring issues to Content Director for escalation

Process Improvement 

  • Work with AM team and Creative Services Director to refine, develop, and implement new processes 

Troubleshooting 

  • Be the first line of support on platform challenges for your team 

Research 

  • Be the expert on latest trends in social and content 
  • Participate & lead discussions on what we can implement for future and existing customers 

Marketing Automation

  • Work with Creative Services Director on Marketing Automation platform projects as needed

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising and 2 years of real-world content marketing experience 
  • Expertise in Social Media Platforms
  • Strong writing Skills
  • Some management experience preferred
Skills/Software:
  • Knowledge of Google Drive, Word, & Excel 
  • Basic knowledge of design
  • Photoshop or Canva experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible work hours including up to 2 work from home day2
