Keefe is looking for a part-time I.T. Support Technician in our growing I.T. department to provide daily end user support and assist with projects as assigned. This role requires a self-motivated individual who possesses a great work ethic, ability to work in a fast pace / multi-tasking environment, and be an excellent communicator within all levels of technology proficiency. This position requires a trustworthy individual who can work in a team environment, work flexible hours, and be called upon to assist in varying level of assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide deployment, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all technology including desktops, laptops, tablet devices, cellular devices, printers, and other devices typically kept in a workplace environment 
  • Assist with and help maintain all user accounts, including email, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to all Keefe associates 
  • Willing to work flexible hours and be called upon on weekends for emergencies 
  • Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and share input when it comes to technology decisions 
  • Assist with general administrative office tasks as needed 
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and breakdown of equipment for company events 
  • Perform maintenance on our various telephone hardware and systems

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent working experience 
  • Knowledge of Window PC, Apple / Mac, and Android devices 
  • Knowledge of network connectivity, including switches, hubs, routers, and servers 
  • Knowledge of the Windows Server environment, including Active Directory 
  • Knowledge of cloud based applications including Dropbox, Office 365, and OneDrive 
  • Knowledge of online platforms (Data storage, Customer Relationship Management, Applications) Knowledge of NEC and Polycom telephone system hardware (Preferred) 
  • Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair copiers and Hewlett Packard printers
  • Ability to travel between satellite offices, support onsite as needed 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with experience in help desk telephone support 
  • Organized, self-motivated, ongoing learner, who is able to work as part of a team
