As a strategist in our Target Activation Group (TAG), you’ll lead communications plan development through such channels as paid media and direct marketing.

You’re a natural leader and a team player. You’re a known champion for effective communications measurement and optimization. You understand that creating a vision for a plan is simply the first step — it takes a lot more to bring a plan to life. Your seven years of agency experience with multiple communications channels means you can effectively represent a broad array of channels including paid media, direct marketing and analytics. At your core, you crave communications challenges for which you can develop solutions. You’re skilled at creating communications objectives, targeting strategies and developing audience insights that drive plan development. That’s why we want you as our newest communications strategist. Your extensive experience designing and implementing online media and direct marketing plans makes you the right candidate to lead communications plan development at our agency. You’re ready to dig in, set communications objectives and learn new industries.

  • Your paid media experience emphasizes online media, including display, social and SEM; your direct marketing experience includes email, direct mail and SMS. 
  • You have experience recommending, implementing and/or using marketing technologies such as CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • You’re self-directed and eager to learn new audiences and industries.
