POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of the bswift Sales Enablement team, the communications specialist develops key business and sales communications that differentiate bswift in the marketplace and promote the value bswift delivers to our internal and external business partners, customers and consumers.

Fundamental Components:

  • Support business and sales enablement communication activities that advance bswifts strategy and profitable growth in key markets.
  • Develop relevant, original, high-quality content for sales to distribute across multiple channels including email, social media, social selling tools, presentations and other internal and external communication channels.
  • Customize core marketing collateral, presentations and other sales tools for to effectively target specific prospects throughout the buyer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external resources to manage day-to-day execution of content editorial calendar with regular publishing schedule.
  • Measure performance through SEO, analytics and reporting.
  • Expected to develop strong working knowledge of our business, products, markets and industry trends and make connection to relevant communications opportunities and messaging.
  • Actively engage internal/external business partners (ex. bswift sales, product, legal, Aetna marketing) and collaborate effectively to ensure deliverables are consistent with strategic priorities, brand guidelines and communications best practices.
  • Contribute to key business and sales enablement activities including special events, tradeshows and internal/external meetings.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • Experience in writing and editing all kinds of communication on short notice and as part of long-term initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with other communication professionals toward a common goal.
  • Experience developing content for digital channels
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects.

EDUCATION:

  • The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
