Rent College Pads is one of the fastest growing startups in the Midwest. We help college students around the United States find their houses and apartments to rent near campus. RCP helps students in over 80 universities in 25 states across the US. From compiling accurate data to working relationships with local landlords, we work hard to simplify the search process for college rentals. The RCP team is a tight-knit team where everyone is a jack-of-all-trades. We look for team players that are going to whatever it takes to succeed. Our office is a trendy and unique space in downtown Milwaukee. We’re looking for someone to be a customer-facing market launch representative.

Job Description:

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’re going to be in charge of preparing new prospects for onboarding by our team of Market Development Directors. Your single most important duty will be to reach out to our prospects in new markets and make sure they love our company. You’ll set them up to try our service at no cost, and create a lasting relationship that both parties value highly. Look for your days to be filled with conversations on the phone and over email. If you don’t love talking to people, this role is not for you! This role is full time, and hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
