Here’s your chance to work directly with leaders of the top universities to build a strong pipeline of new business for Digital Measures. You will be responsible for researching universities, building relationships and promoting our products using a variety of marketing techniques. This is a great opportunity to work directly with our Account Executives, Chief Sales Officer and Chief Executive Officer to gain selling experience. This is an excellent step to a career path in sales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research the priorities of universities to identify the right contacts and most effective messaging to gain interest
  • Create and send high quality content to key contacts at universities
  • Email and cold call into universities to generate interest
  • Obtain on-site and web-based appointments for our Account Executives, Chief Sales Officer and Chief Executive Officer
  • Manage prospect database and maintain accurate records
  • Actively participate in sales meetings
  • Assist with client contract renewals
  • Occasionally attend conferences
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to conduct thorough research Skilled at crafting compelling, persuasive messages in writing and verbally
  • Ability and desire to acquire and apply knowledge of new technology
  • Manage time effectively and adapt to quickly changing priorities
  • Team player who works productively with a wide range of people
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Organized with high attention to detail

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in a business-related field or computer science
  • Basic understanding of technology systems and web applications
  • Knowledge of higher education preferred
