Symphony Corporation is looking for a talented, hard-working Business Development Representative. Working with our Director of Client Success and the Marketing Strategist in a collaborative team environment, the BDR will qualify and develop new business relationships in the expansive healthcare market. Symphony Corporation is a growing organization with multiple business areas providing creative and tailored IT solutions to each prospective client.

Business Development Representative - Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of Symphony Corporation and establish relationships with leaders of health systems
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to execute account-based marketing and sales strategies
  • Develop and execute creative tactics to engage prospective clients
  • Grow an active, engaged client base that views Symphony as a partner in providing business solutions
  • Become an expert in understanding Symphony's business services and how they align with prospective customers’ business goals
  • Research and analyze prospective clients and potential competitors
  • Track and manage prospective clients; provide regular updates and reporting of sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in direct sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience selling consultative or managed services in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Exceptional communicator, including strong presentation skills
  • Must be willing to try new things and not be afraid to fail
  • Travel nation-wide as needed
