You deliver the results that business partners want and need. Job Purpose This position is responsible for the execution of B2B marketing campaigns and tactics across all businesses. Your marketing arsenal will include traditional, digital and emerging media/channels and marketing technologies. You’ll partner with marketing strategists, business leaders, sales, creative teams and outside agencies to ensure marketing goals are met. Just as importantly, your expertise and drive for quality execution will fuel continuous improvements in key marketing processes as you and your team strives for consistency, efficiency and superior results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop and lead an innovative team of marketing professionals in a team leader capacity. 
  • Build, establish and enhance marketing processes to drive consistency and efficiency in the execution of new and existing marketing activities. 
  • Execute with superior results multi-media, multi-channel marketing campaigns and tactics, including tracking progress and ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and on budget. 
  • Manage resources/tasks to address competing priorities in support of achieving marketing goals. 
  • Collaborate with various people in the organization to move marketing initiatives forward from cross functional areas, including but not limited to B2B Marketing, Enterprise Marketing & Communications, outside agencies/partners and internal subject matter experts.
  • Supervise the quality, accuracy and compliance of output for marketing deliverables. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 
  • Advanced degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of related experience of agency, marketing, creative copywriting, design and/or communications experience 
  • Experience leading/developing a team or acting as a mentor or coach within a work environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment to foster partnership and teamwork. 
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges. 
  • Experience collecting data, creating action plans and implementing process changes
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, including written and oral presentations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in marketing including traditional, digital and emerging media/channels and marketing technologies 
  • Willingness to learn from team, peers and leadership. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Experience working in lean and/or agile environments.
