Gravity Marketing is seeking an eager, qualified Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team of curious, creative, proactive problem-solvers! We have a fast-paced work environment and need talented individuals who are ready to grow their careers along with their clients' bottom lines.

As an Assistant Marketing Manager you will be an integral part of our VMO team, both supporting our Marketing Managers and guiding Marketing Assistants with a variety of activities – from email communications and lead generation to website development and print collateral.

Our ideal candidate is someone with a creative mindset, who is able to take direction, work independently, and complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Position is full-time. We're a fast-growing, exciting company with huge advancement opportunities for the right team members.

An Assistant Marketing Manager's day-to-day responsibilities will fluctuate between multiple clients and marketing activities, including:

  • Database management 
  • Email marketing 
  • Digital advertising campaigns and promotions 
  • Data management and analysis 
  • Website content development and maintenance 
  • Social media content
  • Lead generation 

Our position of Assistant Marketing Manager is most similar to being a marketing manager inside a small company with the added excitement of working with numerous organizations across a variety of industries. It's the best of both the agency and client-side worlds! 

You are qualified for this position if you have:

  • 3-5 years of tangible marketing experience and success (we want numbers!) 
  • Demonstrate a sense of ownership 
  • Take pride in quality, accuracy, and accountability 
  • Consider yourself a self-starter who always asks, "Why?" 
  • A team mindset and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment 
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Have worked with a CRM and CMS
  • Are certified in Google AdWords, Google Analytics or both
