This is an outstanding opportunity to join the leading marketing technology agency in Milwaukee! As the Adminstrative Manager your role will be to oversee all agency day-to-day operations. You will be accountable and responsible for business processes across departments.

Also will be assisting with profitability, ensuring efficiently and effectively managing back-office processes including: accounting revenue recognition, collections, time tracking, legal, etc. 

• A thorough understanding of advertising, marketing/strategic brand management and agency operations.
• A strong understanding of the digital marketing and the unique aspects of the medium that impact management of business operations.
• The ability to collaborate with management, clients and other business stakeholders to ensure the integrity of company standards and operations.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; including strong presentation skills.
• A positive attitude an the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.
