RocketLawnchair just moved to a new downtown Milwaukee location and we are growing!  We have an immediate need for an experienced Account Manager who loves to work with clients and grow their business (and ours). 

The Market Manager will work as a part of a dynamic team surrounded by a project manager, senior writer, creative director and designers. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Ultimately responsible for growth of the account where they are designated as primary contact
  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to foster growth on assigned accounts
  • Presenting integrated marketing plans, creative, proposals, recommendations and rationale to clients
  • Identifies additional projects and opportunities (outside of yearly plan) to grow account
  • Maintains client relationships (who are key players, influencers)
  • Works with project manager to ensure execution is being handled
  • Maintain all daily activities for account and coordinates regular status meetings with clients (offsite or onsite)
  • Develops yearly plan for account
  • Solid understanding of the creative process, including writing an effective creative brief and directing the production team
  • Forecast projections tied to pipeline objectives
  • An interest in keeping up with industry trends and how they affect a client’s business

Job qualifications include:

  • Required: At least five years of marketing management (planning & execution) experience
  • Desired: Industrial AND agency experience
  • Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization (President/CEO to Marketing Coordinators) and to identify decision makers within sales process
  • Healthcare and manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
  • Digital media (marketing automation, website, etc) experience a plus, but not required
