The Account Management Intern position at MSI Data, a growing provider of field workforce automation software, is an ideal career launch-pad opportunity for a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduating MBA or Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems (MIS), or Entrepreneurship seeking to put their energy and talents to work for a dynamic software firm. Working with the MSI team, the Account Management Intern will provide stellar customer service to our current base of customers using our flagship Service Pro® software application.

As a member of the MSI Customer Care group, you will work to keep our customer retention rates high and client satisfaction even higher. The Account Management Intern will help ensure current customers get the most out of their investment with personalized solutioning for our clients based on their specific business needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven business skills in sales and /or account management
  • Completed or upcoming 2017 or 2018 completion of MBA, BS, or BA in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems (MIS), or Entrepreneurship
  • Passion for the latest in mobile technology
  • Burning desire to work in the software industry
  • Excellent face to face and phone communication skills 
  • Comfortable working on the front line of customer relationships 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational skills 
  • Commitment to and sense of urgency for project timelines 
  • Works well in a team 
  • High comfort level with measurement and metrics
