Are you an account executive at an ad agency looking for growth and new opportunities? Are you interested in broadening your horizons by working on a wide variety of accounts and project assignments? Are you looking for a culture that fosters independence, mutual respect, creativity and fun?

If so, Celtic is seeking an experienced account executive (5 years minimum) to manage variety of project assignments for our consumer and B2B clients, including: advertising, events, promotions, collateral materials, digital assignments and more. The individual will work directly with our clients and account teams to develop and execute marketing communication programs that deliver results.

We’re looking for…

  • A strong project manager who is highly organized with the ability to multi-task 
  • A professional who understands all facets of marketing communication, including: research, planning, execution, evaluation and reporting 
  • A strategic, creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and solutions to the table 
  • An effective communicator who can develop written plans, reports, client presentations, etc.
  • A highly-motivated, confident leader who can bring teams together to produce great work
  • A desire to succeed and grow 
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience managing marketing communications campaigns for clients (from strategy to tactical execution) 
  • Strong writing and communication skills 
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments (creative, PR, media, etc.) to development marketing communication strategies and to project manage 
  • Advertising experience required
