Account Executive, Media Relations

The Account Executive will play a key supporting role in executing client media relations.

• Secure regional and national client media opportunities in trade, consumer, business media and other outlets, managing all steps of the process
• Conduct reliable and accurate media research (editorial calendars, speaking opportunities, media/analyst list development) and provide teams with industry-relevant news and research
• Produce strong written documents, including pitches, press releases, speaking opportunity abstracts, client communications, etc.
• Actively participate in client/team meetings, offering creative ideas/solutions

• Two to three years of internship or post-college PR experience
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills
