GMR Marketing currently supports Comcast, a Fortune 500 company, with a variety of marketing efforts including; Sponsorship Strategy & Activation (sports, NASCAR, entertainment, gaming), Divisional Marketing, Sponsorship Creative, Business Services and University Marketing.Reporting to Senior Director of Creative Integration, the primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the planning and development of Comcast’s sponsorship creative assets for the big 5 professional leagues, collegiate teams (in-stadium signage, LED creative, print ads, web banners, social media, etc.) and other assigned partnerships.

  •  You are strategic. Secure client and partner approvals on creative work by communicating strong POV’s supported with research and insights.
  • You are on top of things. Create annual creative campaigns by working with client on their goals and objectives, writing briefs to inform the larger team, and oversee the creation of delivery through to approval.
  • You are a valued partner. Act as subject matter expert on all things sponsorship creative asset related, brand messaging and communicate the details to relevant stakeholders.
  • You are engaged. Create and maintain administrative documents for client reports and presentation including proposals, point of view, recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines
  • You are detailed. Manage requests from Divisions/Regions for one-off creative elements, using organizational skills and time management to deliver results.
  • You are budget conscious. Support in development of program budgets and manage those budgets to achieve client needs and remain on targeted budget.
  • You are collaborative. Work day-to-day with Creative Directors and project managers to ensure quality of work, meeting of timelines and ensure that client directives and creative feedback are considered.
  • You are innovative. Enhance knowledge of sports marketing and current trends/innovations, while analyzing related campaigns from competitors
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years related experience in sports or event marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Brand Marketing andprevious advertising or creative process experience
  • Ability to multi-taskingwhile working on several projects at one time
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Passion to work on a team of highly motivated individuals and in an environment where you can be proactive
  • Leadership skills with very high initiative and work ethic
  • Command of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word
  • Willingness to work on days and times outside the normal work week when needed
