Responsibilities:

The Marketing and Web Coordinator is responsible for coordinator samples, marketing data and images for marketing and web purposes. This position is at our Corporate Headquarters which is located in Janesville, WI. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaison between merchant and marketing partners. 
  • Develop rapport and relationships with vendors, directors and coworkers. 
  • Prioritize web and print communication for timely marketing strategies. 
  • Track promotional materials by coordinating requirements with marketing department, buyers, vendor and administrative support staff. 
  • Maintain administrative continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management. 
  • Communicate irregularities, create, review and implement “best practice” systems. 
  • Develop up-to-date reporting procedures to analyze operating practices. 
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of marketing material warehouse and donation procurement. 
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of administrative assistant experience 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) 
  • Ability to manage standards, process development and improvement 
  • Ability to proof materials 
  • Execellent communication skill, both verbal and written 
  • Must be able to multi-task 
  • Must be very detail-orientated 
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
