ZG is looking for a results-oriented media relations and corporate communications pro to lead substantial regional PR accounts. The PR Account Executive provides counsel and drives a variety of PR activities.

This position requires experience in various aspects of public relations including strategic planning, corporate communications, media relations, event management, consistently coming up with creative ideas, developing and conducting a variety of outreach and communications, and measuring results.

The PR Account Executive leads substantial regional PR accounts, assists in managing client budgets and expenses, demonstrates strong communication and client management skills, possesses excellent writing and editing skills and demonstrates the ability to organize and execute a variety of client projects and priorities.

Candidates should have at least three years of PR and corporate communications experience, a proven track record and the ability to demonstrate results from a variety of communications.

Requirements include:

  • Candidates must have more than three years of experience in public relations with an expertise in corporate communications. 
  • A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications or similar discipline, and a good knowledge of the public relations industry. 
  • Thorough knowledge of AP style. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CisionPoint and LexisNexis.
