This is an outstanding opportunity to join the leading marketing technology agency in Milwaukee!  As the VP of Operations, your role will be to oversee all agency operations. You will be accountable and responsible for all business processes across departments that enable the agency to deliver the breadth of agency services, such as technology, managed services, web project work, account planning, etc.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the leading marketing technology agency in Milwaukee! As the VP of Operations, your role will be to oversee all agency operations. You will be accountable and responsible for all business processes across departments that enable the agency to deliver the breadth of agency services, such as technology, managed services, web project work, account planning, etc.

Also you will be charged with accountability around profitability, ensuring efficiently and effectively managing back-office processes including: forecasting, accounting revenue recognition, collections, time tracking, legal, etc. The VP of Operations will be part of the senior management team and will report into the President. 

  • Demonstrated financial management experience, including the development of financial projections, budgets, resources and managing to these appropriately.
  • A thorough understanding of advertising, marketing/strategic brand management and agency operations.
  • A strong understanding of the digital marketing and the unique aspects of the medium that impact management of business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a management team in a highly collaborative environment to successfully develop and produce the agency's products and services.
  • The ability to collaborate with management, clients and other business stakeholders to ensure the integrity of company standards and operations.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; including strong presentation skills.
