Brick Inc. is looking for a Regional Sales Director responsible for advertising sales. The ideal candidate will be experienced in consultative sales that drive results.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Establish and continue presence for display, mobile, video and other Brick solutions with clients, agencies, and partner relationships
  • Collaborate with account management, analytics, and business development team to develop new business.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication that is clear, well-organized, and demonstrates an understanding of audience needs
  • Achieve monthly revenue goals and be pro-active in driving revenue
  • Help identify client’s digital advertising needs and work closely with the Account Management team and provide strategic solutions
  • Identify contacts and call on clients direct, marketing and national agencies.
  • Attend industry related events and networking opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Consultative selling experience within the digital media and advertising space, working directly with clients and collaborating with agencies.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience providing customers with ideas that solve their challenges and drive ROI
  • 5 to 7 years of experience indigital media with the able to demonstrate past sales success in meeting quotas and managing client accounts.
  • CPG and Agency experience – working direct with clients and a rolodex of customers
  • Able to communicate and work with senior level managers
  • Sharp business sense, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results orientated
  • Strong computer and internet skills; MS Office and web based applications
  • Candidate should have BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Attentive to detail, self-motivated, confident and entrepreneurial
  • Must be professional, polite, positive, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced, pressure environment
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment, and be able to interact effectively with other team members, management and customers
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong customer focus that conveys responsiveness and competence
