We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated and generally awesome Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This position is responsible for delivering creative in print, digital, social and promotional channels. Our ideal candidate is highly creative and energetic with a refined visual aesthetic and an ability to think critically when problem solving. Kramer is a great fit for self-starters who look to push bounderies and stand behind bold work. Our Graphic Designers are encouraged to stretch their legs and grow with our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Execute creative in print, digital, social and promo
  • Establish client brands and fulfill clients brand vision
  • Help further the creative vision of Kramer Madison
  • Work with clients to develop a creative approach and tone
  • Work within established budgets and timelines

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of at least 4 years of graphic design experience
  • A varied portfolio of work
  • In-depth understanding of design principles
  • Extremely strong visual composition skills
  • Expert technical skills in Mac-based Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
  • Proficiency in WordPress
  • Knowledge in HTML and/or CSS a big plus
  • Fundamental understanding of print process and pre-press file prep
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time well
