The Web & Graphic Specialist provides multimedia support to the Marketing & Communication department. More specifically this position is responsible for ensuring the Bureau website is up to date and consistent with the Wisconsin Dells brand. Duties include researching, creating, implementing, managing and re-purposing all content related to the Bureau website, to support all in-house email marketing communications, and provides desktop/graphic design support to all departments.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but minimum of Associate’s degree and three years relevant experience. 
  • Previous experience in designing for web with HTML/CSS, Flash, and web authoring software knowledge required. 
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Kintera, Joomla, etc.). 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience with FTP software and Microsoft CRM integration is preferred. 
  • Understanding of production, pre-press, print technologies is also preferred. 
  • The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience and/or background, demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. 
  • Strong attention to detail is essential to the success of the candidate.

This position is estimated to work 38-40 hours per week and hourly wage is based on experience.
