Instructional Designer-Professional Development/ E-Learning

Exceptional opportunity with a Brookfield-based educational association. In collaboration with our e-learning and educational program teams, this individual will participate in the development and production of e-learning courses, conferences and course materials for adult education in the employee benefits field. Responsibilities include producing and designing online courses and conferences, establishing guidelines, protocols and procedures for the development of assigned programs, and continually exploring new technologies for potential application.

Candidates should have a four-year degree in instructional design or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in designing educational programs. A command of computer software is required including systems such as Knowledge Management, CRM and Lectora.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management skills, leadership, collaboration and team building skills. A working knowledge of employee benefits, compensation and human resources is desirable. This position does require the individual to work onsite at the home office in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Any relocation costs are at the expense of the individual.
