Responsibilities:
Day to day management, cover and support for North American communication staff on their roles, ensuring each team member is trained, supported and working successfully towards target.
Handle all public relations and marketing work within your targeted countries. Ensure media relations continues to expand. Keep pushing for new growth with events and association work that supports brand awareness and lead generation.
Represent the global team to North American sales and research teams, pushing for a strong reputation of the program throughout the office. Attend sales team meetings and engage with managers to promote our PR/Marketing initiatives and developing new strategies and concepts to encourage awareness of what we do and a greater understanding of overall goals.
Sales Enablement & Inbound Marketing:
- Working with the greater communications team, develop and manage demand and inbound program via Marketo throughout North America, ensuring successful implementation, a custom regional strategy and continued growth by audience type and sector.
- Manage, grow and improve content marketing program throughout North America, including managing the editing and copywriting process across the global team.
Manage any and all training of sales, communications team and research including new hire, speaker, media relations, marketing, multimedia and social training. Ensure ongoing training occurs, a schedule is maintained and all new hires go through training.
Manage Chicago team presence on chatter, ensuring regular updates and communications to all staff. Post regular press updates, event deals and strategize on how the area can continue to develop.
