Olive & Company is looking for an experienced account manager to work full-time at our Minneapolis agency. The account manager is responsible for ensuring that Olive delivers high-quality strategic leadership and customer service to our clients. The account manager is also responsible for establishing and guiding solid client partnerships, defining the scope and vision of all client work, managing timelines and creative development, and making sure the client is satisfied with the results.
Our ideal candidate will be an individual with agency experience who manages client relationships with confidence, provides big picture vision and detailed execution, is able to clarify and develop client direction, and offers a consultative, expert dialog on all areas of strategic creative services. Candidates must be passionate about driving brand and business results for clients, and must be completely comfortable with modern marketing trends and tactics.
Applicants must have 3+ years of relevant experience and be willing to work on-site at our Minneapolis office.
