The Sleep Wellness Institute located in southeastern Wisconsin specializes in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. Named “Best Facility” Nationwide in the 2013 Sleep Achievement Awards by ADVANCE for Respiratory Care & Sleep Medicine, we are fully accredited for adults and children by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and are one of only two sleep disorders centers in the area that diagnoses and treats pediatric patients.

The Sleep Wellness Institute is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic, self starting student to work in our Marketing Department! Responsibilities include:

E-Newsletter

  • Create monthly newsletter to distribute to employees

CRM/Consumer Prospect Database

  • Input leads, collected from various sources, including health fairs, etc.
  • Research potential health fairs and wellness fair opportunities.

Patient Satisfaction

  • Enter Patient Satisfaction data into excel and compile end of month data.
  • Call patients with both positive and negative experiences to obtain more in-depth feedback.

Inventory Marketing Items in Warehouse

  • Maintain proper order levels of needed brochures and materials

Blogging

  • Assist coordinator with blogging projects.

Social Media

  • Attend social media committee meetings.
  • Co-create a marketing calendar.

Qualified candidate should be current student, seeking 4-year degree in Marketing related field. Must be computer literate, have strong interpersonal skills, good organizational abilities, and be a self-starter.  Prefer junior or senior level student or student working towards Masters degree in Marketing.

Negotiable, depending upon experience.
