SEM Associate

The SEM Associate will be in charge of tasking production, managing project deadlines, and ensuring quality assurance. S/he will be responsible for communicating between Account Managers and the SEM Team to execute projects while following company processes. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data and maintaining high performance in client accounts.

The ideal candidate has experience working in the AdWords & Analytics platform and understands basic performance measurement metrics. S/he will be extremely well organized and be able to work collaboratively with other teams in the organization.

This is a full-time position, at our office in Northeast Minneapolis.

Requirements:

• College degree 
• 1 – 2 years of experience in managing projects or working at a digital agency 
• Strong attention to detail, communication and presentation skills 
• Must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment 
• Strong drive and desire to learn 
• Works well individually and is a team player 
• Likes analyzing data 
• MS Office proficient 
• Good with technology, and a quick learner 
• Ability to problem-solve 
• Ability to commute to our Minneapolis office

Preferred Qualifications;

• AdWords Certified 
• Analytics Certified 
• Experience with WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and other Ecommerce platforms 
• Experience with project management software (Basecamp) 
• SEM experience 
• Statistical analysis experience
