Fast Horse — an award-winning integrated creative agency — is seeking a freelance project manager with 5-10 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling the day-to-day management of integrated marketing campaigns for CPG Fortune 500 clients.

As the project go-to person, responsibilities include:

  • project workflow management 
  • timeline development and management 
  • budget creation and management 
  • vendor sourcing, relationships and invoice management 
  • agency resource awareness and management 
  • working closely with all departments to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget

The ideal candidate will have experience juggling a wide range of project types, such as print, digital, media, PR, content, events, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, video and photo production. We’re looking for a candidate with a passion for the work, and who is a dedicated, persistent team player who champions agency work and aims to provide keen, steady, seamless project management service to internal and external teams.
