You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication plans, campaigns and tactics supporting Montage marketing initiatives and strategy. It will be essential to have someone adept at planning and developing marketing content, campaigns and corporate communications efforts for lead generation for Montage. The candidate must be exceptional in communicating to varied audiences and be responsible for the development of marketing content including the writing and editing for publications, websites, social media, press releases, sales collateral and customer facing marketing materials.

• Increase brand and market awareness of Montage

• Responsible for developing demand generation strategy and execution

• Project manage marketing and communication plans and programs with both internal team members and external vendors

• Design, manage, write and execute effective multi-touch marketing campaigns using a variety of media to increase brand and market awareness and produce marketing leads

• Manage and execute Montage marketing events, including industry trade shows, customer events, hospitality events, workshops and thought leadership events

• Create and develop event strategy, event messaging, key engagement strategies and event metrics including press coverage and appointments during industry trade shows in collaboration with other team members.

• Create and maintain a marketing calendar to plan and coordinate all marketing initiatives including events, campaigns, and other demand generation activities

• Assist in overall content strategy, and manage the creation and the editing of sales and promotional marketing materials such as; emails, videos, sales presentations, brochures and infographics to build lead generation pipeline as well as expand current customer engagement

• Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key industry forums, consultants and relevant communities in the human capital management / talent acquisition area

• Cross-functional ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other teams

• Travel up to 20%

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field

• 10 plus years’ work experience, primarily in a marketing and communications function

• Ability to develop and execute lead generation and marketing campaigns in a B2B environment

• Superior writing and communication skills

• Strong Project Management experience

• Strong creativity and problem solving skills

• Strong collaboration skills

• Experience in content marketing development

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems, experience with Salesforce and Hubspot preferred

• Experience in working in a technology company in marketing and communications preferred

• Public Relations experience a plus

• SaaS marketing experience within the Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Industry preferred

• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
