Are you an Art Director with a passion for creating compelling, insight-driven, customer focused communications that drive results and enhance the consumer experience? Do you have experience partnering with Copywriter to deliver conception, execution and design innovative materials? Do you have a track record of consistently delivering objectives in scope, complexity, direction, vision, time, and budget?

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Concept and deliver unique and breakthrough creative ideas that are grounded in consumer insight and elevate the brand and its products/services.
  2. Partner with Copywriter and Designer to bring ideas to life, and give a “concept” to the work that is being developed.
  3. Create a range of concepts for each project and partner to ensure direction and visual presentation supports the concept.
  4. Strong creative approach for video, interactive and user journey experience with involvement in interaction design, brand and campaign concepting and execution.
  5. Translate complex communication briefs and objectives into intelligent design/copy and media/technology solutions.
  6. Maintains personal creative resources, visual data, samples, graphic standards, manuals, etc. Have an appetite for staying ahead of design trends and applying those trends, where appropriate, to the work.
  7. Maintains consistently on brand esthetics which enhance the client relationships.
  8. Collaborates to understand, influence and define new concepts.
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts or related degree required, Master’s degree of advancede ducation certificate preferred.
  • Highly committed individual will have minimum of seven years’ experience as an Art Director, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
  • Experience with luxury, global brands preferred.
  • Understand the photography and design process and ability to provide direction.
  • Knowledge of print, broadcast/video and digital production process and be skilled in providing direction and driving to project completion.
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS6 and significant skills in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; and be MAC proficient.
