To run with us, you’ll need to think fast, think ahead, and think about the details. This is an entry-level position and primarily responsible for learning the craft of video pre-production, production, and post-production.

Our video team has a rare opening for an enthusiastic production assistant in our Green Bay office!

You will work on a variety of productions, including television advertising, online advertising, corporate training videos, sales videos, and short- and feature-length films and documentaries. Under the direction of the VP of Video and Animation and Creative Director, you’ll help execute the production of in-house and client videos.

You’ll bring your unique perspective to help develop project ideas and/or rough storylines, from music videos to live action and animation videos.

You’ll also stay current on industry trends and technologies and share them with the team.

  • Knowledge of video production.
  • Assistant to the producers, video editors, animators– organize and archive footage. 
  • Assist with audio/video editing using A-roll, B-roll, OC Record, VO Record, Animation, Music, and/or SFX. 
  • Be a resource for teammates and willing to learn. 
  • Assist in pre-production, which may include scheduling, location scouting, props, talent scouting, coordination of rentals and managing prop and wardrobe on a shoot. 
  • Assist editor in post-production finishing, which may include color correction, compression, renders, delivery of final masters to broadcast stations. 
  • Have a flexible schedule when needed. 
  • Working knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects is desired. 
  • Ability to work within a team and leave ego at the door required.
  • Salary negotiable based on experience.
