Are you a highly-driven, firefighting, smooth-talking rainmaker? Our client, a full-service advertising agency with gorgeous offices downtown, seeks a full-time permanent Senior Account Services Professional to join their award-winning team. While this client-facing position reports to the director of account services in a pretty traditional advertising agency structure, it's also a significant role in the organization that requires a dynamic, strategic and strong personality. There is a level of intensity regarding deadlines for production/project turn-around, and the client is forthright in saying the work can be killer. Candidates who drive revenue, manage and lead well under hot deadlines and can mentor the account services staff will thrive in this position.

This position entails the following responsibilities:

  • Planning skills that include budgeting, experiential marketing, emerging media, data analysis and research.
  • Development and execution of campaigns for multiple clients (sometimes simultaneously) to help achieve business goals and deliver return on investment.
  • Engage and manage cross-functional departments that impact campaign effectiveness, ensuring the team delivers on-brand, on-budget and on-time.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide recommendations to help optimize future campaigns or initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with colleagues and client partners.
  • Work directly with CEO/CMO and senior client teams to develop short and long-term growth strategies, mutually beneficial workflow and manage expectations regarding outcomes and deliverables.
  • Advertising agency experience mandatory.
  • Ideal candidate has channel distribution or manufacturing experience.
  • 4-6+ years progressively more responsible experience in account services.
  • Readiness to mentor an account services team and work seemlessly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable success in managing multiple clients, deadlines and priorities with efficiency, professionalism and a positive attitude.
