The Senior Marketing Designer is a creative and skilled graphic and digital designer with strong storytelling skills, a strategic-marketing mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

A pivotal role on the marketing team, the Senior Marketing Designer is the principal designer for the brand, which includes digital, print, and in-person experiences. The Senior Marketing Designer will regularly collaborate with other members of the Evive team, leading the design process from concept through final execution, and will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Conceive and develop ideas into clear, compelling solutions for digital, print, and in-person experiences 
• Assist sales team with pitch materials and presentations that support Evive’s brand position 
• Maintain visual brand standards for all Evive customer-facing experiences 
• Collaborate with and support marketing teammates, other internal stakeholders, and external resources 
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects from concept to completion 
• Contribute to pro-bono work and/or other sources of professional development 
• Other marketing-related activities as assigned by the Vice President of Marketing

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in print, interactive, and marketing design, with a diverse portfolio of print and digital work 
• Four-year degree in design or related major, or equivalent relevant experience 
• Thorough understanding of managing and extending brand identity systems 
• Experience conceiving and leading creative work, including art direction and storyboarding 
• Self-motivated and strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills 
• Proven ability to manage time across several work streams 
• Demonstrated skill in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Front-end HTML and CSS experience a plus 
• Health care and/or SaaS experience a plus
