Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for the definition and execution of software quality and release management processes in our IT department for applications, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in front-end development of internal and public facing web projects 
  • Assist business partners and other development team members through the SDLC 
  • Participate in the estimation process for new application development projects 
  • Development unit testing on solutions 
  • Participate in the code review process of development team 
  • Proactively communicate to management on the status of projects and deliverables 
  • Deployment activities, including managing and communicating plans and checklists 
  • Present changes to the Change Advisory Board for production migration 
  • Work with other technology teams to establish and maintain multiple developmental, testing, and QA environments 
  • Experience working with an offshore development team to accomplish project outcomes 
  • Participate in the develop KPIs and other measurements to track and drive development improvements over time 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent 
  • 5+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, javascript, Bootstrap with Sass, Grunt, Node Package Manager 
  • 5+ years of experience in Interactive Design including responsive web design and mobile application design 
  • Experience building solutions within a Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) environment 
  • Experience managing code in GitLab source code repository 
  • Experience in User Experience Design including wire framing, persona defining and creating user stories 
  • Collaborating and contributing with large teams 
  • A solid understanding of best practices for both design and usability 
  • Ability to adapt to new situations, changing priorities, and new applications 
  • Ability to grow knowledge on a topic with minimal direction given 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills 
  • Ability to work in highly diversified teams with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to anticipate and communicate potential problems while determining solutions 
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure but continue to think clearly and provide support or guidance to team members during difficult processes and schedules
