The Event & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading a street team of individuals for a large Milwaukee personal injury law firm as well as work in conjunction with the law firm marketing department.

  • Responsible for the training of all street team members
  • Responsible for scheduling team members for external events
  • Leading weekly meetings
  • Overseeing street team members at all external events
  • Implementing and updating the “When I Work” app for all street team members and events
  • Work cohesively with Marketing Department to facilitate event inventory, stock and logistics
  • Work directly with onsite corporate/community partners regarding all event logistics
  • Other marketing duties as assigned
  • Hours vary with some night/weekend/holiday hours during events
  • Candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience managing off-site events.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Candidate must be able to lift 45 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Experience with graphic design preferred.
  • This position reports directly to Marketing Management.
