RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Qualification and Proposal responses 
  • Interview preparation and materials 
  • Collateral writing and design 
  • Business development research 
  • Market research 
  • Award submissions 
  • Public relations 
  • Social media management 
  • Website management 
  • Photography coordination

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, English or related field 
  • 5-7 years’ experience 
  • Exemplary writing and graphic layout skills 
  • Solid knowledge of software including Adobe In Design, Photoshop and Microsoft Office, Wordpress 
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent time management/organization skills 
  • Ability to shift priorities while maintaining attention to detail 
  • Team player 
  • CRM, intranet maintenance & knowledge of the A/E/C industry a plus
