Summary

fjorge is looking for an agency-trained Account Manager to nurture, deepen, and enhance our relationships with our agency partners. As we have grown over the last several years, we have developed relationships with advertising, creative, and marketing teams. We want you to be the face of fjorge for them. A successful candidate is a motivated self-starter, is detail-oriented, and enjoys consultative selling.

Description

Account Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth - You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and winning future fjorge opportunities with our current agency partners
  • Account Enthusiasm - Account Manager will work on multiple accounts, helping to manage client relationships along with the day-to-day project details
  • Oversees development of proposals, scope of work documents, and estimates

If you were here last week, you would have:

  • Led the writing of proposals ranging from new features on an existing site to a new ecommerce site build with a digital strategy retainer
  • Reached out to existing agency partners, learning about new opportunities
  • Worked with our project managers to help a client understand their options, and guide them to a solution
Qualifications

If someone is successful in this role, they will be:

  • Engaging in a consultative sales process with our partner agencies 
  • Winning a high percentage of their proposals, both new and existing business 
  • Increasing our net promoter score 
  • Understanding the value of fjorge to it’s partners 
  • Closing deals and getting them handed off to Project Managers 
  • Working with Project Managers and Clients to ensure Clients are satisfied 
  • Having a high percentage of their agencies be “partner agencies”

Additional Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 2+ years experience in account management 
  • Experience leading a team 
  • Web development coding experience valued but not required
