Summary

Hiebing is seeking a Digital Media Operations Specialist who will work directly with multiple internal teams, clients and external vendors to perform all aspects of ad traffic management, including creative upload, placement creation, tag deployment and custom quality assurance of digital ad campaigns. Being able to collaborate with various stakeholders to help define and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business plans will also be an important component of the role.

Description
  • Reinforce technical specifications, including rich media creative, needed to support the media buy and the business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign tracking will meet campaign and client needs and objectives
  • Develop KPIs, analytics dashboards and share insights that will be monitored across
    digital initiatives
  • Implement tagging pixels or script using Google Tag Manager or other tracking system
  • Work closely with the development team to implement any necessary custom programming for conversion or event tracking on websites
  • Traffic all digital media materials to necessary third parties and external vendors
  • QA tagging and pixel implementation to ensure accuracies for reporting metrics and conversion tracking
  • QA to ensure that creative is trafficked accurately for all campaigns and updates are facilitated as needed
  • Ensure campaigns are live and running in accordance with tactics and executingas expected
  • Proactively catch potential issues or identify concerns as early as possible
  • Provide technical support as the first line of defense for the media and development teams to help troubleshoot problems pre- or post-deployment
  • Stay up to speed on ad-serving technology, including industry best practices
  • Be the voice of Hiebing when communicating with external vendors and convey a high level of intelligence and professionalism
Qualifications
  • General understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords, and Tag Manager
  • Basic web troubleshooting skills using browser inspector tools or web developer tools
  • Familiarity with web technologies including, but not limited to: CSS, HTML, XML, jQuery and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with third-party ad servers, such as Doubleclick, Sizmek or other ad-serving platforms
  • General CMS knowledge a plus but not required
  • Must be detail oriented, exceptionally organized and able to multitask in a fast-pacedwork environment 
  • Proven time management, task prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Take pride in work output
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and curious
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
